CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Working with GLO Architecture to grow affordable housing in San Diego, this project maximizes the potential of a small urban lot. We took this project from conception to permitting, including detailed code research, coordination with consulting engineers, and complete construction document preparation.
DETAILED REVIT MODELING
By adding fine detail to the model of this small sunroom addition, we were able to help the client visualize the final look of the modern farmhouse style with board and batten siding, shingles, exposed rafters, and wide trim.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Due to the tight construction market, this remodel required rather extensive redesign to fit in the client’s budget. We revised the two-story design per the design architect’s specifications and got the plans ready for resubmittal for permitting in under 16 working hours.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Whether reviewing a detailed elevator submittal or meticulously clouding changes for resubmittal, have been appreciating the opportunity to work with GLO Architecture on an as-needed basis during construction administration of an 80-Unit affordable senior living project in the San Francisco Bay area.
